       Regarding the future field of flat panel displays, Kzone Equipment places the most emphasis on the flexible display link of AMOLED, and has independently developed and produced the first "G6 AMOLED wet etching machine" in China, mainly used in the array section of the flat panel display process. Its principle is to use chemical methods to evenly etch the metal film layer on the substrate surface after exposure and development, thereby forming a circuit diagram defined by lithography, It is the core carrier equipment of the etching process. This device is equipped with new technologies such as a spiral etching system, a multi zone etching independent management system, an ultra high speed liquid displacement system, a UV modification system, and an ultra pure water electrostatic removal system, achieving high uniformity and stability in the etching process. This project has formed a total of 21 intellectual property rights, including 2 authorized invention patents and 13 utility model patents.

       In terms of the market, Kzone Equipment has cooperated with multiple parties such as Weixinnuo, BOE, Tianma, and Huaxing Optoelectronics, successfully receiving orders for wet etching equipment and photoresist stripping equipment from panel manufacturers in Hefei, Wuhan, Hebei, and other regions, and successfully shipped them.
